The Bucks Epic Trail 10K and Half Marathon is back for 2023. The event will return to the stunning Wendover and is set to be one of the most highly anticipated Trail events in England in 2023’ . Tough Runner UK is bringing you that awesome experience of a 10K race and Half Marathon whilst taking you through some of the unrivalled forest scenery.
This race is open to all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Everyone is welcome to sign up.

On the direct rail route from Aylesbury to London Marylebone and with easy road access, Wendover is in the Metropolitan Green Belt and Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is well situated to give the city-tired visitor a peaceful interlude in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.
Wendover boasts a distinctive red brick, spired clock tower at its centre, which was built in 1842. The town has had a Royal charter to hold a weekly market since 1464, which is held every Thursday, while there is a Farmers’ Market held on the third Saturday of each month.

Wendover Woods
Sat Nav Postcode: HP23 6LD – Please only use the Tough Runner Parking. This is in a field alongside Wendover Woods, you’ll see parking signs on the road leading to the parking area. You’ll then need to walk in to Wendover to register and race.

BY CAR:
From Wendover – take the B4009 towards Tring, take the right hand turn approximately one mile north of RAF Halton, signposted Wendover Woods and St Leonards. The main entrance will be found on the right.
From the A41 – take the Wendover exit and take the B4009 towards Aston Clinton. Take the first left towards Wendover. After approximately half a mile take a left turn signposted Wendover Woods and St Leonards.
BY BUS: Local buses will take you as far as Halton. Chiltern Line runs a regular service to Wendover from Marylebone train station.

All event Parking is at Hill Farm, Chivery, Tring HP23 6LD. There is a small fee of £5 to park (Card Payments only)
