First duathlon yesterday and thought it was very safe, well-managed, very friendly and great fun. Communications and beginner’s guides beforehand were useful and marshalls & staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks to all involved - I’ve a feeling this won’t be my last duathlon!
