I’ve just completed my first Tough Runner UK event, the Swansea Epic Trail 10k. It was a tough but awesome event with a great atmosphere. The team clearly put a huge amount of effort into organising these events. Brilliant Marshall’s and a great medal and finishers t- shirt too.

Ran the Swansea Epic 10K at Penllegaer Valley Woods earlier today. Superb course, excellent organisation by the team, very good support around the course and great communications from the team in the weeks leading up to the event. Cracking stuff.
