Join Tough Runner UK team for the first edition of the highly popular Tenby 10k, on Sunday October 29th.

The Tenby 10k, has been organised by TROT running club for the last 20 years, we are extremely proud to partner with Tenby town council and Pembrokeshire council to host this historic event.

Now that the Tenby 10k, has been added to Tough Runners portfolio of events, The rival of this historic race will give runners an opportunity to race on the streets of Tenby in 2023.

Keep an eye on the Tenby 10k event page on Facebook because we’ll be making special announcements about the race on a regular basis!

PLEASE NOTE: THE TENBY 10K IS LIMITED TO 800 PLACES AND SELL OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES EVERY YEAR.

Tough Runner events are truly amazing experiences, I ran in the Garwnant Epic 10k and enjoyed it so much I also entered the Cardiff Epic 10k. They were both incredible events, seamlessly organised and a great atmosphere. Friendly and supportive volunteers, always water stations and electronic chip timing. I am super excited for the Barry 10k next month and I am gutted I can’t make any other events!! If you’re wondering about entering a Tough Runner race, don’t have any concerns, they are fantastic.

I entered the garwnant epic 10k trail. Awesome event and fantastic crew. Medal was brilliant and well worth the wait. A nice personal touch to putting our names on the running bibs. Very well organised . Will hopefully be back next year xx

Did my first Tough Runner UK event at Garwnant yesterday and was really impressed. Well organised, good route, plenty of Marshall’s and water stations well stocked. Would definitely do one of their events again in the future.
