The Wales Duathlon

Tough Runner UK introduce a brand NEW race for 2019; The Wales Duathlon which takes place in the leafy suburb of Penarth with a backdrop of the breath-taking Penarth Pier.
The event is opened to season triathletes and newcomers, the course is flat and fast and will not doubt attract some of wales best talented athletes a race not to be missed!
The event will have full car parking facilities available, which will be in operation to allow participants to come and go, whilst the event is still taking place and makes it perfect for spectators and family to attend and soak up the atmosphere.

So let’s get down to the details:
Event Date – Sunday 7th April 2019- 8AM Prompt Start
Event venue – Penarth
Event Distance – 5k 20k 5k
Number of participants – 300

The Wales Duathlon can be entered by anyone who feels capable of completing the above distances. The entry sprint duathlon price is currently at £55. Also can enter as a relay team for £65*
*there is an additional processing fee with online bookings

British Triathlon Federation Rules
BTF rules, All competitors must comply with BTF rules, (it is recommended that you read the BTF rules and regulations which will be applied to his race). All competitors must be licensed to race, those non BTF members will be required to pay a £5GBP levy for a day license. This can be purchased the same time you collect your race number.
