Tough Runner announces South Africa race!

Tough Runner UK (organiser of the UK’s biggest trail running events) today announced that it will add its very first race in South Africa – Cape Town. The inaugural event will take place from Grabouw Country Club, a mountain paradise in the Western Cape and be held on Saturday 3rd October. This is the first of five new race locations announced for the Tough Runner global calendar.

Athletes will be treated to spectacular courses and an opportunity to experience the culture of this unique city and country. The Elgin Grabouw Club is situated in the vibrant biodiversity hotspot of the Kogelberg Biosphere and has breathtaking views of the Eikenhof Dam, Hottentots-Holland Mountain range and Groenland Mountain; Athletes will be offered the option of a 10k or Half Marathon.
