WHAT IS THE TOUGH RUNNER CHALLENGE?
The Tough Runner Challenge is the ultimate monthly running challenge that is designed to get you motivated and challenge yourself.
It is perfect for those who are preparing for a race, looking for a challenge, those who struggle to get motivated, people who want to lose weight or just get fit and build up endurance.
It’s not a race, it a challenge! You get to to set your own challenge and complete your challenge in your own time.
The Tough Runner Challenge has 6 distances to choose from, 25 miles, 50 miles, 75 miles, 100 miles, 150 miles, 200 miles.
How it works:
Taking up the challenge is EASY! All you got to do is choose the distance you want to challenge yourself on, then spend the whole month covering the miles walking or running.
At the end of the month you submit your evidence (see race evidence section) and you will receive an awesome Tough Runner Challenge winner medal.
Every participant will also be put into a draw to win an awesome prize worth £500+.

There are many ways you can submit evidence, the most popular method is using GPS tracking app or watch and send us a screenshot at the end of the month with the total miles covered. Popular apps are Strava, Garman, Samsung Health, RunKeeper and MapMyRun. There are many more and it doesn’t really matter which one.
Don’t worry if you are unable to supply this kind of evidence, simply take notes of when and how far you walked/ran and at the end of the month take a photo of your notes and send it in.
